Price and billing
What does it cost?
₹1,500 per person per month. An administrator, a manager, an agent and a telecaller all cost the same, and every feature is included at that price. There is no tier that unlocks the good parts.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone who signs in to do the work: administrators, managers, agents, sales executives and telecallers. The buyer and seller accounts on your public website are never charged, because those belong to your visitors, not your team. A suspended account stops counting the moment it is suspended.
What happens when someone joins or leaves mid-month?
While an invoice is still unpaid its seat count follows your roster, so it reflects the team you actually had. Once it is paid it is frozen. A receipt that changes is not a receipt.
Is there a free trial?
Fifteen days, no card required, the whole product. Nothing is locked when it ends and nothing is charged without you arranging it; we will be in touch about the first invoice.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No lock-in and no minimum seats. It is billed monthly and you can export everything you hold at any time.
How do we pay?
Online by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay, or by bank transfer against an invoice, and an administrator can record a transfer against the invoice it settles.
