Everything a brokerage runs on
One system, nine jobs done properly
Built around how a real-estate team actually works: the call, the visit, the negotiation, the booking, the paperwork.
Leads and the full pipeline
Enquiry to closing in nine stages, with hot, warm and cold temperatures, follow-up reminders, duplicate detection and per-stage timeouts that return stalled leads to the admin.
Listings with approval
Every property is captured on the form built for its type, whether that is a house, flat, office, shop or plot by the marla, and held for admin approval before it goes live on your website.
Projects and inventory
Towers, floors and units with live availability, construction stage and progress, so bookings are made against real stock.
Deals, bookings and payments
Structure a deal, book a unit, schedule the payments and post income, fees and commissions to the ledger without leaving the record.
Telecaller workspace
A cold-calling queue with structured call outcomes, follow-up dates and batch call reports the admin reviews and signs off.
Attendance with a geo-fence
Punch in and out from the dashboard. Out-of-range punches are flagged, forgotten sessions close themselves at day end, and the admin sees it all by day or by person.
Agent portal
Agents work their own leads, file listings, answer photo-access requests and see their commissions. Nothing more, nothing less.
Careers and offer letters
Publish vacancies, track applicants, and issue offer letters, internship letters and certificates as branded PDFs with the KYC paperwork attached.
Reports and insights
Conversion tracking, revenue by agent, source performance and an activity log, exportable to Excel, PDF, CSV and Word.
Artificial intelligence
A model that has read every record you own
Not a badge on a formula. BluPlots sends your pipeline to a large language model and asks it real questions, such as what has stalled, what is at risk and what to say next, and shows you the answer with its reasoning and its confidence.
It runs on a click, never in the background, so you always know when it has been asked and what it cost.
Read how we decided where to use itA pipeline briefing, every morning
The model reads today's real numbers, from stage counts and unassigned leads to deals in flight and the leads nobody has touched, and answers with what to do today, naming the actual leads and the actual people. A second opinion from something that has read every record and has no view on who works hard.
A brief on any lead, in seconds
Six call notes, three updates and two site visits, summarised into where the lead stands, what could lose it, and the single next action. It comes with a draft WhatsApp message the agent edits and sends.
Listing copy from the facts you entered
The description, the page title and the meta description, written from the property's own form, never from imagination. No invented views, no invented distances, no 'nestled'.
The rules we hold it to
Your clients' numbers stay here
Names, budgets and call outcomes go to the model because the answer needs them. Phone numbers and email addresses do not, and never leave the system.
Every request is audited
Who asked, which model, how many tokens, what it cost, how long it took, and the error if it failed, all on one screen for the administrator.
It suggests; a person decides
Nothing the model produces is written to your records or sent to a client on its own. A draft sits in a box until somebody sends it.
It is allowed to say it does not know
Every answer carries a confidence level, and a thin record produces a cautious brief rather than a confident invention.
Intelligence & automation
The work the system does while you are on the phone
Scoring, forecasting, de-duplicating, chasing, publishing. BluPlots keeps the pipeline honest between calls, so your team spends its day selling rather than maintaining a spreadsheet.
No black box. Every score and forecast is computed from your own records by rules you can read: budget, urgency, temperature, deal stage. Nothing waits on training data, and nothing changes its mind without a reason you can point at.
Try it on your own leads
Leads score themselves
Every lead carries a score built from budget, how soon they want to move, how warm they are and how reachable they are, so the list tells you who to ring first instead of you guessing.
The pipeline forecasts itself
Open deals are weighted by the stage they have reached to give an expected closing figure, sitting beside the revenue already collected. No spreadsheet, no month-end scramble.
Duplicates are caught on the way in
A returning caller is matched on phone or email and flagged the moment they are filed. Flagged, never dropped: two rows to merge is a smaller problem than a lost enquiry.
Stalled leads come back on their own
Each stage has a deadline. A lead nobody has moved in time is returned to the admin queue with a note saying how long it sat, so nothing quietly rots in an agent's list.
Listings write their own SEO
Slug, page title, meta description and image alt text are generated from the property itself, so what you approve reaches your website ready to be found.
The paperwork chains itself
A listing opens its seller lead. A new lead gets the brokerage email. A forgotten punch closes at day's end. A hired applicant becomes an offer letter.
Showcase
A tour of the product
Real screens from BluPlots. Pick a seat and see what that person sees.

The admin's morning: what needs approving, what has stalled, today's activity and the reminders that keep the pipeline moving.
The pipeline
From the first call to the registry
Every lead moves through the same stages, and the system times each one. Miss a deadline and the lead comes back to the admin rather than going quiet.

The sidebar, the permissions and the portal all follow the role you give someone. Nobody wades through screens that are not theirs.
Administrator
Approves listings and agreements, invites the team, sees every report and every rupee.
Manager
Runs the pipeline: assigns leads, reviews call reports, watches conversion by agent.
Agent
Their own portal: their leads, their listings, their site visits, their commission.
Telecaller
A calling queue with structured outcomes and a report they hand in at the end of a batch.
Channel partner
Brokers and sub-brokers with their own login, their referred leads and their brokerage letters.
Buyers and sellers
Website accounts that request photos, submit properties and become leads automatically.
Before and after
What actually changes on Monday
Most brokerages do not run on nothing. They run on a spreadsheet, a few WhatsApp groups and a very good memory. Here is what moves.
How it works
Your organisation, live in three steps
Each organisation gets its own workspace. Members you invite see your data and nobody else's.
Invitation-only team accounts
Connects to the website you already have
Exports in four formats, any time
- 01
Create your organisation
Sign up with your company name and you are the administrator. It takes a minute, needs no card, and starts a 15-day free trial.
- 02
Invite your people
Enter an email and pick a role. They get a link that opens an account inside your organisation and nowhere else.
- 03
Run the brokerage
Capture leads, approve listings, book units and collect payments. Your organisation's data stays yours alone.
Your data
Kept apart, on purpose
A CRM holds the names, numbers and finances of people who trusted your firm, not you. Four decisions follow from that, and none of them are optional settings.
One organisation cannot see another
Every list, count, report and export is narrowed to your organisation before it reaches a screen, in one place in the code rather than in a few hundred queries that each have to remember.
Team members join by invitation
There is no public sign-up for agents to guess their way through. An administrator invites by email, and the link opens an account in that organisation and no other.
Roles decide what loads
Access is enforced on the server for every route and every action, not by hiding menu items. A telecaller who types a URL still gets a telecaller's answer.
Identity documents are held apart
Agent KYC and candidate paperwork are stored in the database and served through an authorised route, never as public files on a disk.

Questions
The things people ask first
Anything else, write to us. A person replies within a business day.
- Can another organisation see our data?
- No. Every list, count, report and export is narrowed to your organisation before it reaches the screen, and a member you invite can only ever belong to yours.
- How do my agents get an account?
- You invite them by email from Agents & Partners. The link in that email opens an account in your organisation only. There is no public sign-up form for agents to guess their way through.
- What happens after the 15 days?
- Billing starts at ₹1,500 per user per month, counted from the people who actually sign in. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without you arranging it first.
- Can it connect to the website we already have?
- Yes. Enquiries and property submissions post into the CRM and arrive as leads, already numbered and checked for duplicates, and approved listings carry their generated SEO back out.
- Is anything locked to Kashmir?
- The locality lists and land units, marla and kanal, are built for Jammu and Kashmir because that is where BluPlots grew up. Everything else is ordinary real estate and works anywhere.
- Who counts as a user?
- Anyone who signs in to do the work: administrators, managers, agents and telecallers, all at the same ₹1,500. The buyer and seller accounts your website creates are not users and are never charged, and a suspended account stops counting the moment you suspend it.
- Can we get our data out?
- Every report and list exports to Excel, PDF, CSV and Word, and your records remain yours to take with you.

What we have learned running a brokerage
Putting AI to work in a brokerage, honestly
What a language model is genuinely good at in a property business, what it is not, and where we drew the line in our own product.

Not to competitors, and not to price. Most enquiries die of silence — and the silence is measurable, which means it is fixable.
