Questions

Everything people ask before they commit

Grouped rather than alphabetical, and answered as plainly as we can manage. Where the honest answer is no, it says no.

01

Price and billing

What does it cost?

₹1,500 per person per month. An administrator, a manager, an agent and a telecaller all cost the same, and every feature is included at that price. There is no tier that unlocks the good parts.

Who counts as a person?

Anyone who signs in to do the work: administrators, managers, agents, sales executives and telecallers. The buyer and seller accounts on your public website are never charged, because those belong to your visitors, not your team. A suspended account stops counting the moment it is suspended.

What happens when someone joins or leaves mid-month?

While an invoice is still unpaid its seat count follows your roster, so it reflects the team you actually had. Once it is paid it is frozen. A receipt that changes is not a receipt.

Is there a free trial?

Fifteen days, no card required, the whole product. Nothing is locked when it ends and nothing is charged without you arranging it; we will be in touch about the first invoice.

Is there a contract or a minimum?

No lock-in and no minimum seats. It is billed monthly and you can export everything you hold at any time.

How do we pay?

Online by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay, or by bank transfer against an invoice, and an administrator can record a transfer against the invoice it settles.

02

Getting started

How long does setup take?

Creating the organisation takes a minute. Getting a team onto it properly takes about a week, most of which is agreeing what a lead is and what your stages are called before anything is imported.

Can we bring our existing data?

Leads import from a CSV against a template. Send us a sample of what you hold and we will tell you honestly what will come across cleanly and what will not, before you commit to anything.

How do people join?

By invitation. An administrator invites by email address; the link creates that account inside your organisation and nowhere else. There is no public sign-up that could file somebody into the wrong brokerage.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Telecallers and agents mostly use it on a phone, including punching in, and the layout is built for that rather than shrunk to fit.

What if our team is not technical?

Most of them will not be, and that is the normal case rather than a problem. The people who struggle with a CRM are usually the ones handed a login and no explanation, so we would rather spend an hour with your telecallers than lose them in week two.

03

The AI

What does the AI actually do?

Three things. It briefs you on a lead by reading its calls, updates and visits. It drafts listing copy from the facts already on the form. And it decides which telecaller should take a new enquiry, from service area, current load and how long since their last call.

Does it see our customers' phone numbers?

No. Phone numbers and email addresses are excluded from every prompt, deliberately and by construction. The model sees requirements, budgets, stages and call outcomes.

Does it decide anything on its own?

It routes leads on its own, because that has to happen in under a second at three in the morning. Everything else suggests and a person decides. Nothing it writes is published without somebody reading it.

What happens if the AI is unavailable?

Routing falls back to deterministic workload rules, so a lead arriving during an outage still reaches a human immediately. Every assignment records which path chose it. The briefing and copywriting buttons simply say they could not run.

Are the lead scores AI?

No, and the screen says so. The score is arithmetic: budget, timeframe, temperature and whether there is a way to contact them. Calling that machine learning would be a lie, and a number you do not believe is worse than no number.

What does it cost to run?

It is included. Every call is logged with its model, its tokens and its cost, and an administrator can see the running total for the month on the AI page.

04

Data and security

Who can see our data?

Only your organisation. Every database query is scoped to your tenant at the data layer rather than by each screen remembering to filter, so a missed filter cannot leak another brokerage's records.

Where is it hosted?

Microsoft Azure, in the South India region. Your data stays in India.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, whenever you want, as CSV. Leads, listings and reports all export. Software you cannot leave is software that has stopped needing to be good.

What happens when someone leaves the company?

Suspend them and they cannot sign in, their seat stops being billed, and everything they worked on stays where it is. Nothing walks out with the person.

Can two people share a login?

Not usefully. One session is active at a time, so a second sign-in ends the first. That is deliberate: shared logins make an activity log meaningless.

Do you look at our data?

Not routinely, and not without asking. If you report a problem we may need to look at the specific record involved to fix it, and we will say so.

Still not answered?

Write to us with the actual question. A person replies, usually within a business day, and if the answer is that BluPlots is the wrong tool for what you are doing we will say that instead of arranging a demo.
